Val M. Cantu is the chef and owner of, Californios restaurant, in San Francisco's Mission district. At Californios, Val has created an incredibly personal cuisine, drawing from his Latin heritage and amassing Two Michelin Stars and Four Stars from the San Francisco Chronicle, as well as being named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs in 2017.
