La Factoria’s Coquito

Yield: 12-14 Servings

This is our traditional coquito, a punch-style cocktail made with coconut cream and cinnamon, that is made in nearly every Puerto Rican household during the holidays. We usually make a batch at La Factoría as a complementary detail for our guests. It is meant to be shared with dear friends and family to celebrate the holidays.

The Holiday Cocktail Collection

In honor of the holiday season, we asked restaurants from around the world to share recipes for winter cocktails that you can replicate at home. These five drinks will take you across the globe—from Birdie G’s in Santa Monica, to Esmé in Chicago, Kachka in Portland, Ditta Artigianale in Florence, and La Factoría in San Juan.
